2. Free Trial Access
We may offer free access to a limited selection of content, currently including four quizzes.
Free trial access is provided to allow prospective users to evaluate the platform before purchasing a subscription.
We reserve the right to modify, restrict or withdraw free trial access at any time without notice.
3. Subscription Plans
Ultimate 11+ currently offers:
- Monthly Subscription: £25 per month
- Annual Subscription: £200 per year
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£) and include any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Subscription prices may be updated from time to time. Any price changes will not affect an existing subscription until the next renewal date.
4. Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
By subscribing, you authorise us to collect recurring payments using your chosen payment method.
For annual subscriptions, we will endeavour to send a reminder email approximately 14 days before the renewal date. It remains the member’s responsibility to manage their subscription and cancellation preferences.
Failure to receive a reminder email does not affect the validity of the renewal.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting us.
When a subscription is cancelled:
- No further payments will be taken.
- Access to Ultimate 11+ will continue until the end of the current billing period.
- Access will automatically end when the current billing period expires.
6. Refunds
Due to the digital nature of the service and the immediate access provided to online learning resources, refunds are not available for subscription payments.
No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods or unused time remaining on a subscription.
7. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details.
You must not:
- Share your login credentials with others.
- Allow unauthorised access to your account.
- Attempt to gain access to restricted areas of the website.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are used in breach of these terms.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

- Interfere with the operation or security of the website.

All downloadable resources are provided solely for the personal educational use of the subscribing family and may not be copied, distributed, published, sold, uploaded elsewhere, or shared.
We reserve the right to investigate unusual download activity and take appropriate action where misuse is suspected.
10. Intellectual Property
All content available through Ultimate 11+, including quizzes, questions, text, graphics, branding, downloads and other materials, remains the property of Ultimate 11+ or its licensors.
Content may be used for personal educational purposes only.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, sold or otherwise exploited without our prior written consent.
This restriction includes downloadable worksheets, practice papers, guides, videos and any other resources made available through the platform.
11. Educational Content
Ultimate 11+ is designed to support 11+ preparation and learning.
While we strive to provide high-quality educational resources, we do not guarantee:
- Examination success.
- Admission to any particular school.
- Specific educational outcomes.
Use of the platform is at your own discretion.
